"she is no longer affiliated with Coldwell Banker"

But her myspace ad says she works for Coldwell Bankers

"People in the Mortgage and Real Estate Business I (Jill) am a licensed real estate agent @ Coldwell Banker"

This doesn't sound too honest for a profession that is suppose to be ethical,but hey this is only our opinion.

It seems if you disagree with her she likes to call you names.

It seems she wants to end her professional career before it

even starts.

 I will never mention her name on this website she has a friend that is an attorney that is shocking that she has a friend at all.

I wasn´t just talking about a simple NICS from the FBI.  I am talking about a complete background check including drug testing and credit checks.

Sales (realtors are salespeople they have the fourth highest incident of illegal drug use according to the following article.

Realtors should have a minum credit score of 550 and he or she should never of have been evicted.

When you hire a realtor you are essentially hiring somebody.

You are paying them to Come Into Your House and sell your

house for you.  That is why we think it is just as important for you

to do a background check on your realtor.  Just like any business

does.  After all aren't you allowing them access to your most

 valuable asset.

If you remember she posted one of her favorite links as onestoploans.net on a corporate website for coldwell bankers.  One how much good judgment does that show if she is advertising for somebody elses loan company (her husbands).
