When you hire a realtor you are essentially hiring somebody.

You are paying them to Come Into Your House and sell your

house for you.  That is why we think it is just as important for you

to do a background check on your realtor.  Just like any business

does.  After all aren't you allowing them access to your most

 valuable asset.

1. Have you ever been evicted?

        A. What for?

       B.  How many times?

2.  Have you used illegal drugs within the past year?

      A.  Here's a cup.

3.  Do you owe any money?

     A. Have you defaulted on your debt?

     B. Have you ever made arrangements to pay your debt?

     C. Here is a release to access yoru credit report.

4.  Can we have three recent refernces that are not yoru friends.

5. Have you ever been conivcted of a crime excluding parking tickets?
